Summary
We are a new business based in Preston, Lancashire specialising in Fire Protection. Our business helps companies to carry out fire risk assessments in their workplace but we also help them to improve their fire safety by directing them to the correct products and materials they will need to improve their fire safety.
The Role
as part of our team, you will be responsible for handling all admin work. this includes dealing with clients in an appropriate professional manner and maintaining a working relationship with them. We are looking for someone who has experience in an admin role but is also eager to learn about the business.
You will be:
- Using Microsoft Excel to create and use documents.
- Speaking to clients to help them with any concerns or queries they may have, you will also be organising appointments to conduct fire risk assessments.
- Working closely with the Managing Director to identify the workload and how to organise and deal with it efficiently
- Managing social media platforms such as Instagram and fakebook
- Manging the Fire Protection First Website
Experience in:
-Microsoft Excel
-Social Media
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

We offer minimum wage however this can be discussed. An interview is required for applicants.
