About the Role: Graduate Learning Support Assistant
• Location: Outstanding-rated primary school in north Liverpool, just 10 minutes from the city centre with excellent public transport links
• Duration: Full-time, term-time role running from September 2025
• Pay: Up to £530 per week as a Graduate Learning Support Assistant
• Hours: Monday–Friday, term-time only – 32.5 hours per week
• Ideal for: Graduates with a 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education, or a core subject
• Perfect for: Aspiring Teachers, SEN specialists, or those interested in Educational Psychology
In this role, you’ll provide focused support for children who need extra help to succeed — working both 1-to-1 and in small groups. You’ll work closely with class teachers and fellow professionals, contributing to an inclusive learning environment where every child is valued.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver tailored support to pupils with additional needs, both individually and in small group settings
• Partner with teachers and support staff to deliver engaging, curriculum-based lessons
• Encourage social and emotional growth among pupils
• Use creative and interactive methods to boost engagement inside and outside the classroom
• Work collaboratively with staff and external professionals, including educational psychologists
What We’re Looking For
• A graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology, Education, or a core subject
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude
• An interest in pursuing a career in teaching, SEN, or educational psychology
