Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant

Full-time, long-term role starting September
Monday to Friday – 32.5 hours per week, term-time only
Earn up to £560 per week as a Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant
Secondary school in Liverpool with a strong STEM focus
Graduates with a 2:1 or higher in Maths, Science, Engineering, or Computing encouraged to apply
Support pupils across KS3 & KS4 in a variety of STEM subjects
Deliver 1-to-1 and small group interventions to improve understanding and raise attainment
Learn from expert teachers in dynamic STEM departments
Excellent preparation for Teacher Training applications in 2026
Interviews taking place in August/September

About the Role

As a Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers in Maths, Science, and Computing to deliver engaging learning experiences and targeted support. Your role will involve breaking down challenging topics, building students’ confidence, and helping them develop problem-solving skills that will benefit them beyond the classroom.
