Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant

Full-time, long-term role beginning September 2025
Commitment until the end of the academic year
Earn up to £530 per week as a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant
Provide 1-to-1 support for pupils with additional needs, alongside general classroom assistance
Collaborate with class teachers to deliver engaging Early Years learning

About the Role:

As a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant, you’ll work side-by-side with the class teacher to guide and inspire young learners during their formative school years. Your duties will include offering targeted support for individual needs, engaging pupils in lessons, and helping to monitor and record their progress. You’ll also take on a vital role providing 1-to-1 support for a child with additional needs.

This position offers an excellent chance to develop your understanding of Early Years education, build your classroom management skills, and gain first-hand experience in child development within a dynamic school environment.
