Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored academic support during Maths lessons
• Deliver targeted small group sessions and 1:1 interventions
• Collaborate with teaching staff to implement effective support strategies
• Help identify learning gaps and support individual progress
• Encourage a positive attitude towards Maths and promote student engagement

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic graduate with:
• A minimum 2:1 degree in Mathematics or a related subject (e.g., Physics, Engineering, Economics)
• Strong numeracy skills and confident subject knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, professional approach and passion for education
• (Desirable) Previous experience working with young people – tutoring, mentoring, or youth work
• Clear ambition to pursue a career in teaching or education
