Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour

About the Role:

Join the L’Oréal Luxe team in Annesley as a Picker/Packer, helping to deliver luxury beauty products with care, accuracy, and speed. As part of our warehouse team, you'll play a key role in ensuring orders are fulfilled to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack luxury cosmetic and fragrance products

  
  

• Follow detailed order instructions using handheld scanners or pick sheets

  
  

• Work efficiently to meet daily targets and KPIs

  
  

• Ensure products are packed safely and correctly for shipment

  
  

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

  
  

• Report any damaged or missing items to supervisors

  
  

• Adhere to L’Oréal’s high standards of quality, hygiene, and health & safety

  
  Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail

    
    

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    
    

  • Good level of physical fitness (manual handling required)

    
    

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

    
    

  • Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided

    
    

    Good for people who have experience in picking, packing, handheld scanners
