Summary
Part-Time Administrator
Location: Sandwich, Kent
⏰ Hours: 16 per week (Flexible days and times)
Contract: Temporary Approx. 6 weeks
Pay: £14.50 per hour
We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join our clients small, friendly team on a temporary, part-time basis. If you're highly organised, confident with systems, and looking for a flexible role - we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Data input and management using a CRM system
- Customer contact via email and phone to schedule planned works
- General administrative duties & support
- Collaborating with a small team
- Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✅ What We're Looking For:
- Proven admin experience
- ️ Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Driving licence preferred (due to location & flexibility)
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
