We’re looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our clients busy parts department. You’ll be helping customers and our workshop team find and order the right parts, keeping stock organised, and ensuring smooth, efficient service every time.

What you’ll do:

• Identify and source the correct parts for retail, trade, and workshop customers

  
  

• Process orders quickly and accurately using our parts system

  
  

• Manage stock levels and check incoming deliveries

  
  

• Upsell accessories and consumables where appropriate

  
  

• Maintain accurate records and handle returns/warranty claims

  
  

  What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a parts role (automotive or related industry preferred)

    
    

  • Great communication and customer service skills

    
    

  • Good IT skills and attention to detail

    
    

  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well under pressure

    
    

  • Basic mechanical knowledge (advantageous)
