Summary
Support Worker

Can you support the management team in our residential home to ensure that both the people we support, and our staff are supported effectively?
Trusted Hands Care Group is currently looking for dedicated support workers to join our friendly established team at Mereside in Solihull.
We are looking for:
• Willingness to embrace our values.

* Commitment*
• - NVQ / QCF level 2 in social care or equivalent.
• - Experience of working in a care setting.
• - Experience of care planning & Risk Assessment.
• - Experience of supporting with meaningful activities
We will offer you:
• Comprehensive training package, that you will be paid to complete and
ongoing supervision.
• Free DBS as the cost will be met by us.
• Refer A Friend Scheme - £200 for every friend you successfully refer to the
Group.
• Access to Blue Light Card - access to hundreds of retail discounts.
• Career progression within the group if you wish to progress.
