Summary
We are seeking a confident, engaging, and sales-driven TikTok Live Show Host to present our range of hair and beauty cosmetics during live streaming sessions. This role involves showcasing products in an energetic and professional manner, building rapport with the audience, and driving sales through compelling demonstrations and persuasive communication.
As the face of our live shows, you will be responsible for engaging viewers, answering questions in real-time, and inspiring customers to purchase. You’ll need to be comfortable in front of the camera, have a passion for beauty and haircare, and be able to think on your feet while keeping the livestream entertaining and informative.
Full training will be provided at the start, so no previous hosting experience is necessary – just the right personality, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Host TikTok live streaming sessions to present hair and beauty products.
Demonstrate product use, features, and benefits in an engaging manner.
Interact with the live audience, answer questions, and encourage purchases.
Maintain a professional and approachable on-camera presence.
Use persuasive sales techniques to drive conversions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content themes and promotional offers.
Keep up-to-date with beauty trends and product knowledge.
Skills & Requirements:
Confident, clear, and engaging communication skills.
Strong sales skills or a willingness to learn sales techniques.
On-camera confidence and an outgoing personality.
Knowledge or passion for hair and beauty products.
Ability to handle live interactions and think quickly.
Self-motivated with good organisational skills.
Previous experience in live presenting, sales, retail, or social media is an advantage but not essential.
Hours:
Flexible working hours – approximately 16 hours per week (negotiable).
Hours can be increased.
May include evenings or weekends to suit peak audience engagement times.
