We believe that a relational approach helps all children achieve greater success in their learning. To support this, we are seeking to recruit a supply class teacher to work across the school.
This role is designed to build strong relationships between the teacher, pupils, and the wider school community. By having a dedicated supply teacher who understands our ethos and pupils, we can ensure a more consistent and supportive learning experience for everyone.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher who shares our values and is passionate about making a difference.
We are seeking a skilled teacher who:
• Is an excellent classroom practitioner.
• Demonstrates high levels of effectiveness and professionalism.
• Has outstanding behaviour management skills rooted in a relational approach.
• Possesses strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Has a genuine passion for teaching and learning.

You will be joining a creative, professional, and supportive team. Our children are eager to learn, and their behaviour is exceptional. We also benefit from strong professional links through our multi-academy trust, Education South West.
