Summary
You will be responsible for the effective management of accommodation services and support to all resident units within Hermitage Station, including, but not limited to:
To oversee the provision of effective management and correct scaling of all Station Accommodation (Technical & Living)
The management of the Station Accommodation Store and Defence Accommodation Stores (DAS) and to store items in accordance with the Defence Logistic Framework
Manage the allocation of single living accommodation for all permanent and temporary service personnel at Hermitage Station
Conduct March in and march outs for all incoming and outgoing permanent staff in single living accommodation
Mange all scheduled works and inspections related to single living accommodation in partnership with the station quartermaster
Act the DAS subject matter expert for the Station Leadership team
Act as a focal point for the procurement requirements for DAS items
Attend all meetings where Accommodation services and support is required
Own and maintain the Station Accommodation Allocation Management system, ensuring that it is always up to date
To liaise with Unit representatives and Soft FM Contractor with regards to Resident Unit Training Events
Provide daily line management, supervision and guidance
