Wraparound Care Lead – After School

East Farleigh Primary School

Term-Time Only | £12.50 – £13.50 p/h | 10 hrs/week | September 2025 Start

Do you have childcare experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating safe, fun spaces for children?

Join Premier Education as a Childcare Club Manager, leading our Breakfast and After School Clubs for children aged 4–11.

What You’ll Do

· Lead and supervise a small team delivering high-quality wraparound care

· Plan and run engaging, age-appropriate activities

· Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and admin tasks are completed to a high standard

· Build great relationships with children, parents, and school staff

What We’re Looking For

· Level 2+ in Childcare, Playwork, or similar

· Experience working with children (primary age)

· Leadership or supervisory experience

· Strong safeguarding knowledge and admin skills
