Summary

At RAMH, we provide mental health and wellbeing services that make a real difference. We’re looking for compassionate, motivated, and adaptable individuals to join our sessional bank of Recovery Support Workers.

What you’ll do:
Support individuals in their mental health recovery journey, at their pace
Provide practical, emotional and social support
Promote wellbeing, confidence, and community connection
Work flexibly to meet service needs

What we’re looking for:
Warm, respectful, and non-judgemental approach
Ability to listen, encourage, and empower others
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work across different services and shifts
Experience in mental health support (paid, voluntary, or personal) is welcomed
