Summary
The postholder will play an important role in building and managing external relationships across our ICBs and other statutory partners. They will undertake significant engagement and working in collaboration with a number of different stakeholders, including ICBs, commissioners, acute, primary care, mental health providers and voluntary community and social enterprise sector organisations. The post holder will develop and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels within the hospice and work closely with internal and external stakeholders as required to support with innovative, effective and lasting solutions to complex service problems and supporting delivery of SSCHs Strategy. The post holder will ensure the efficient operational management of the contracts manager, PMO office, and the inhouse statutory funding operation ensuring that it effectively supports the overall strategy. This will be done through setting goals, objectives, resources, milestones and measures of success to deliver significant change, improvement and transformation.
