Summary
We\\'re currently recruiting a dedicated Finance Personnel to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Eurest on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support managers with weekly and monthly closing of unit books, including stock, labour, and sales.
- Produce client billing and client documentation and manage debt collection.
- Support the forecasting and budget process.
- Produce WTS report.
- Identify ways to improve processes and work with unit managers to implement new processes.
- Produce weekly wastage reports.
- Support units in operating in a compliant way according to profit protection guidelines.
- Carry out independent unit safe checks.
Essential criteria:
- Very good numeracy / literacy skills.
- NVQ2 or equivalent qualification or experience in relevant discipline.
- Experience of finance and working in a finance office.
- Demonstrable experience in the use of Excel and Word.
- Use of accounting Software.
- Strong organisation skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.
- High written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities.
- Work constructively on your own and as part of a team.
- An ability to take responsibility and be pro-active in your work and to seek solutions to issues as they arise.
- The ability to analyse data and identify issues and opportunities.
Desirable criteria:
- Working within the catering, hospitality, food and beverage industry.
- Experience using SAP.
