Summary
Hourly Rate: £12.60 per hour, 37.5 hours per week
Clearance Required: Basic BDS, CIFAS Check and Credit Check
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 15:30
Are you passionate about great coffee and delivering outstanding customer service? We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team in Newcastle.

What You’ll Do:
Serve hot and cold food & beverages with a smile
Operate tills, handle cash, and support with admin tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting coffee shop environment
Support food prep and front-of-house service
Provide exceptional customer service, going the extra mile
Work closely with on-site teams to ensure a smooth service
What We’re Looking For:
A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Impeccable personal presentation and hygiene
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Flexibility with working hours and tasks
Previous experience preferred but not essential
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene (training provided)
