Summary
We’re looking for a confident, calm, and reliable Door Supervisor to join our team at an exciting new venue in central Bristol.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, so professionalism and a friendly, welcoming manner are essential. This is a role for someone who can thrive in challenging situations, think clearly under pressure, and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for everyone.
What we’re looking for:
SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
Confidence to work independently when required
Strong communication and people skills
Abitity to remain calm and in control in difficult situations
Professional appearance and attitude
What you’ll do:
Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
Check IDs on entry
Monitor entry and maintain venue safety
Diffuse and manage situations with tact and authority
Work alongside the venue team to ensure a positive atmosphere
Hours & Pay:
Competitive rates
Friday & Saturday: 9pm-02:30am
