Summary
Job Title: Junior Carpenter
Reports to: Factory and Logistics Manager
Other Regular Relationships: Production Manager, Workshop Supervisor, Production Team

Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in a woodworking environment is advantageous; factory experience beneficial.
- Good English language skills.
- Ability to use drills and other basic hand tools.
- Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
Summary of Core Responsibilities
- Assist experienced carpenters in the cutting and lipping of door blanks.
- Support with locking, glazing, and labelling of completed doors.
- Assist with creating and fitting decorative mouldings to doors.
- Hang doors and frames ready for painting.
- Assist the paint shop with sanding of primed doors and frames as required.
- Fill and sand prepared door blanks prior to painting.
- Package completed doors and frames for delivery.
- Load door sets onto vans and assist drivers with deliveries as needed.
- Move delivered supplies as required.
- Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the factory at all times.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by management.
Training on machinery will be provided.

- Follow all manufacturing procedures at all times.
- Adhere to shop floor rules and safe working practices.
- Maintain a high standard of health and safety awareness at all times.
