Based in Bingley, we are a family-run quarry supplying Yorkshire Stone nationwide. We’re looking for a dependable HGV Class 2 Driver to join our small team, delivering pallets and bulk bags of stone to commercial building sites/developments and domestic customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Driving a flatbed Class 2 lorry (rigid)
Delivering pallets and bulk bags (local & regional)
Securing loads
Assisting with loading/unloading (HIAB/forklift experience, not essential)
Helping out around the yard when things are quiet
Performing daily vehicle checks and keeping the wagon tidy
What We’re Looking For:
Class 2 (Category C) licence
CPC and Digital Tacho card
Flatbed or building materials experience preferred
Confident with strapping heavy loads
Good timekeeping and customer-facing attitude
Team player who’s happy to get stuck in
HIAB experience preferred
In short we’re after a dependable Class 2 Driver to deliver Yorkshire Stone and lend a hand in the yard when not on deliveries.
It’s regular work with early starts, home on a night and fair pay.
