Job Title: Pipefitter - Student Accommodation Project
Location: Smethwick, Birmingham

Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Pipefitter to join our team on a student accommodation build in Smethwick, Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and fitting pipework systems to a high standard as part of a large-scale M&E package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of screwed, copper, and plastic pipework

• Working from technical drawings and site plans

• Coordinating with other trades and supervisors on-site

• Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations and site standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pipefitter on commercial or residential builds

• Ability to read and work from drawings

• CSCS/Skill Card (Plumbing or Pipefitting)

• Own tools and PPE

• Immediate availability
