Job Title: Plumber - 1st & 2nd Fix (Student Accommodation)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team on a busy student accommodation project in Birmingham. The role will involve both 1st and 2nd fix plumbing work as part of a fast-paced new build/refurbishment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out 1st fix installations (pipework, soil stacks, etc.)

• Completing 2nd fix work (sinks, toilets, showers, etc.)

• Working to site plans and ensuring all work meets current building and safety standards

• Liaising with site supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth progress

Requirements:

• Proven experience with both 1st and 2nd fix plumbing

• Valid CSCS card

• Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent)

• Own tools and PPE

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Immediate availability
