Summary

Office Manager

The successful candidate will be based in the friendly Cardiff office, becoming the welcoming face of the office and the organisational backbone locally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues
  • Organise meetings, events, and workshops with efficiency and warmth
  • Keep internal systems and client records accurate and up-to-date
  • Support leadership with operational admin and HR processes
  • Oversee office supplies, facilities, and the smooth day-to-day running of the workspace
  • Help nurture a collaborative, people-first culture

Key skills and attributes:

  • Proactive organiser with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator who builds positive relationships easily
  • Confident with Microsoft Office; knowledge of project or CRM systems is an advantage
  • Flexible problem-solver who thrives in a team environment
  • Passion for supporting people and contributing to a values-led organisation
