Summary
A respected and growing construction company is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across Devon.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring successful delivery of contracts from pre-construction through to completion, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction contracts simultaneously, ensuring programme, budget, and quality targets are met
- Lead project teams and liaise with site managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Oversee procurement, contract administration, and commercial performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership
- Support pre-construction planning and contribute to tender reviews
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Familiarity with contracts and construction software tools
