    • Position: Primary Teacher / Early Career Teacher (ECT)


    • Key Stages: EYFS, KS1 or KS2 – aligned to your strengths and preference


    • Start: September 2025


    • Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

    • Salary: MPS (commensurate with experience)


      Responsibilities:
      • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons suited to diverse learning needs.


      • Inspire a love of learning and encourage independence and confidence in pupils.


      • Promote social, emotional, and academic development.


      • Participate in school initiatives, events, and enrichment activities.


      • Build strong, respectful relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families.


        About You:
        • Holds QTS (or will achieve QTS by September 2025).


        • Degree in Education or a relevant subject with a PGCE.


        • Passionate about delivering high-quality primary education.


        • Positive and professional classroom presence with effective behaviour management skills.


        • Open to reflection, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
