To work across the chemotherapy day units, outpatient departments and clinic areas to clinically check the appropriateness of prescribing and promoting medicines optimisation Promote the on-going Trust initiatives to continually improve patient experiences of day case chemotherapy Liaise with the pharmacy aseptic, dispensary and clinical teams and the multi-disciplinary team on the day units to ensure an efficient, effective and safe chemotherapy service is provided. Attend unit meetings if required.
