Summary
The post holder will develop appropriate objectives and performance plans for themselves, ensuring that these align with overall IM aims and objectives, SLAs & OLAs and adhere to national and locally defined targets and standards. To provide leadership to staff demonstrating high standards in order to ensure that a high quality of service is maintained. Responsible for the safe and proper use of IT equipment by users. Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of IT equipment. Committed to personal professional development and a willingness to undertake the full range of training required to perform the role, contributing fully to the PDR process.
