Hourly Pay: £16.53–£21.48
Shifts: Monday–Sunday | 6:00–9:00, 9:00–15:15 & 15:15–20:15
At Libertatem, as a Complex Care Assistant, you’ll make a genuine impact on people’s lives—supporting clients with complex needs and enabling them to live life their way. You’ll join a friendly, supportive team that provides all the training and development you need to thrive in this rewarding role.
Your RoleYou will support our client with all aspects of daily care, including:

Personal care
-
Daily tasks and activities
Experience in the following is required:

Tracheostomy care
-
Ventilation support
-
Cough assist
-
Gastrostomy care
-
Medication administration
-
Oral suctioning
-
Seizure management (Epilepsy & Rescue Medications)

Depending on client needs, you may work independently or as part of a team. If you’re available, you could support multiple clients. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet your client and their family before starting.
