Your RoleWe offer flexible full-time and part-time opportunities across a variety of schools. As a supply Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils in ways that suit your strengths-whether that's:
- Supporting the whole class alongside the teacher
- Leading small group sessions to boost core skills like reading
- Providing 1:1 support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Every day is different, and your adaptability will help you thrive in diverse school environments.
✅ What We're Looking ForWe welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds. You'll need:
- At least 20 days' experience working with primary-aged children in the last 2 years (e.g. in schools, youth groups, sports coaching)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Ideally, a relevant qualification-but this isn't essential.
- A good understanding of the English National Curriculum
