Summary
We're Hiring - Project Engineer | Belfast
£23.55/hour | 40 hours/week
Are you passionate about engineering and sustainability? This is a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful infrastructure projects that support environmental innovation and operational excellence.
As a Project Engineer, you'll help deliver small to medium projects within a public-private partnership contract at a major wastewater treatment facility in Edinburgh. You'll collaborate with programme managers, supervise contractors, and contribute to value-added solutions for operational teams.
What We're Looking For:
Formal engineering qualification (e.g. mechanical, civil, environmental)
2+ years' experience in a project-based environment
Experience managing contractors and multiple projects
IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent health & safety certification
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
✨ Bonus if you have APM or PRINCE2 certification, or experience in the wastewater/utilities sector!
