We're recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for our client, based in Adlington, Cheshire.
You'll be working in recently refurbished, gorgeous offices alongside a friendly, sociable team who support each other and enjoy what they do.
We've placed several people here over the years - they've all stayed and continue to give excellent feedback about the company.
There isn't a huge amount of progression opportunities, but the company is big on investing in training and development, so you will be able to develop your skills & knowledge (and there are salary increases!)

• Salary up to £29,000 (DOE) + annual discretionary bonus
• 25 days' holiday + Bank Holidays + your birthday off

What you'll be doing as the Customer Service Administrator:
• Processing customer orders and ensuring all details are accurate
• Sending out quotations
• Liaising with supply chain and warehouse teams
• Handling customer queries
• Maintaining accurate customer records
What you'll need to be considered for the Customer Service Administrator role:
• Experience in sales order processing or customer service within an office environment
• Confident with Microsoft Office
