Recruitment Consultant – Driving Sector
Location: Coventry
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

Workforce is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our Driving team in Coventry. This is a 360 role, where you’ll manage the full recruitment and sales cycle—from sourcing candidates to winning new business and growing client accounts.

    Ideal Backgrounds:

    • Transport Coordinator / Planner / Clerk


    • Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant


    • Sales Executive / Account Manager


      Key Responsibilities:

      • Complete the full sales cycle – from lead generation and to securing new client partnerships


      • Win new business by identifying opportunities and presenting recruitment solutions to prospective clients


      • Manage and grow client accounts to maximise revenue


      • Write effective job adverts and resource candidates across multiple platforms


      • Qualify candidate suitability and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process


      • Ensure all compliance and right-to-work checks are completed


      • Weekly payroll processing for temporary workers


      • Provide out-of-hours support on a shared rota (including weekends/bank holidays)


      • Keep systems and candidate records accurate and up to date


        Working Hours:
        Monday to Friday
        08:00 – 16:30 or 08:30 – 17:00
