Summary
Are you experienced in ESR with a passion for driving HR transformational change in People systems and processes? We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking individual who can assume the role of lead specialist and systems expert, responsible for the operational management of the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system and associated interfaces. The postholder will provide training and development to key stakeholders who use and maintain the system.
In this role the postholder will support the continuous improvement of ESR / HR transactional systems and processes, ensuring they are efficient and user focused. The role will project lead on the benefit realisation of ESR across the Trust, using your in-depth knowledge of ESR to ensure the system is embedded and benefits given within project timescales. The role will then progress to project leading the implementation and roll-out of Future NHS Workforce Solution (replacement for the current ESR).
You will work closely with the HR ESR manager, Trust senior managers, operational teams, and external partners to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the manager and employee HR transactional experience.
We are looking for a highly motivated professional with significant expertise in ESR and process improvement.
If you are driven by continuous improvement, thrive on collaboration, we would love to hear from you.
