Typical day as a Lead Support Worker
• Create and develop support plans with customers and coordinate the support worker team.
• Support individuals with complex mental health needs and dual diagnosis.
• Assist with daily living activities: cooking, shopping, budgeting, tenancy upkeep and moving to independence.
• Carrying out risk assessments, set goals and complete regular reviews.
• Provide person-centred, compassionate support without rushing.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues for consistent, quality support.

You bring
• A passion for helping customers live their best life, with collaboration and attention to detail.
• Experience creating person-centred support plans and guiding colleagues to follow them.
• Expertise in coordinating and assessing customer referrals.
• Initiative, composure under pressure and a resilient mindset.
We are unable to sponsor you for this role due to certificate limits, we review this regularly.
Job details
• Three week rolling rota working one weekend out of three.
• 10-20 hours per week (discussed at interview)
• Occasionally our customers’ needs mean your start and finish times may change. Where we ask you to be flexible, we will always try to reciprocate.
• Confident using technology for plans, online learning and teamwork.
• Enhanced DBS required (we cover the cost)
