Summary

Murray Recruitment are recruiting an Customer Service Administrator for our client based in Lanarkshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation, working as part of a collaborative Administration Team and reporting to the Customer Support Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering first-class customer service while supporting clients throughout their journey from processing applications to completing essential documentation.

Overview:

The Administrator will be responsible for handling a broad range of administrative tasks, ensuring customers receive exceptional service from initial enquiry through to order completion. This is a varied and rewarding position suited to an organised and customer-focused individual.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service, supporting clients throughout their journey.
Process customer orders efficiently and liaise with colleagues to ensure timely completion.
Prepare and complete documentation related to finance applications.
Operate and maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM and partner finance systems.
Handle telephone enquiries with professionalism and excellent phone manners.
Meet both individual and team targets.
Work flexibly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience within an Administration or Customer Service role.
Strong IT proficiency, with the ability to work confidently across CRM and finance systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.

Offering:

Salary: £24,000 per annum, with an annual review in June.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
Holidays: 22 days annual leave plus 8 public holidays.
Performance-based monthly bonus (approximately £400 per month).
