Summary
Recruiting an experience Press Setter for an international packaging company near Slough
You must be flexible to rotate across all 3 shifts ranging from 6am–2pm | 2pm–10pm | 10pm–6am
We offer:
£39000 to £40,950 plus overtime
Paid overtime (1.5x, Double pay on Sundays)
25 days annual leave + bank holidays

As a Press Setter, you’ll work in a skilled, safety-first team committed to high standards and precision.
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience as a Press Setter
Experience with Bruderer, Invernizzi, or hydraulic presses
Knowledge of PUWER and LOLER safety regulations
Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude
Basic computer literacy
What You’ll Do:
Set up Bruderer, Invernizzi, or hydraulic presses accurately to spec
Perform PUWER and LOLER compliance and safety checks
Conduct first-off inspections and maintain consistent quality
Load presses and assist with grinding machine operations
Support with packing, material handling, and basic machine operation
Log press activity using digital systems
