Summary
Clinically lead on service development, performance, management, and profession of the Post-COVID Service, and to further develop the service as required. To participate on the development and maintenance of policies and procedures for Post-COVID Service To participate in the development and maintenance of processes and pathways for Post-COVID Service . To provide professional leadership to own professional group and Post-COVID Assessment Service colleagues where appropriate, and develop the role of Post-COVID Service To work with all health, social care, and wellbeing professionals, and statutory/non statutory agencies to provide a holistic and seamless, integrated, service to our patients To identify and lead service development opportunities as required within Post-COVID Service
