Summary
As a Health Care Assistant, you will work alongside our clinical team to support patients in a variety of settings. You will help deliver outstanding patient care ensuring that every person feels valued, respected, and supported. Key Responsibilities: Assisting clinicians with patient care and procedures Recording observations such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature Phlebotomy, Blood Pressure, Wound care dressings, INR. Long Term Condition reviews Supporting patients with daily needs and mobility where required Updating patient records accurately Maintaining cleanliness and infection control standards in the workplace Stock Taking and ordering of supplies
