Summary
We have an exciting opportunity within Family Hubs and have a vacancy within our Start for Life Portage Service.
We have an exciting opportunity within Family Hubs and have a vacancy within our Start for Life Portage Service. The postholder must have a full and relevant early years qualification at a minimum level 3 and must be passionate about working with children with SEND. We request that the candidate has experience in working in partnership with a wide range of practitioners and stakeholders to support the delivery of a range of early years programmes which ensures families receive effective early intervention/preventative services in line with the aims of the Family hubs program and core offer.
The postholder will work within the Family hubs with children 0-19 (25 for young people with SEND) you will provide Portage home visiting sessions for children with SEND needs.
