Summary
Customer Service & Sales Executive
Location: Knaresborough
Salary: Circa £26,000 plus £2,600 OTE (pro rata for part-time)
Hours: Full-time or part-time available
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, 1 hour lunch (35-hour week)
Part-time: Wednesday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

We’re looking for a sales-focused and customer-oriented Customer Service & Sales Executive to join a friendly, professional, and supportive team in Knaresborough.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships over the phone, and guiding customers towards the right product solutions. You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, turning warm leads into sales while delivering a first-class customer experience.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing incoming and outbound customer calls
Identifying customers’ needs and providing tailored product information
Preparing and following up on quotations to convert leads into sales
Setting up new business accounts in the system
Logging all customer interactions accurately in the CRM
Using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with confidence
Working closely with your team to ensure a smooth, positive customer journey
What we’re looking for:
Previous telephone-based customer service or sales experience (essential)
Excellent rapport-building skills and a confident telephone manner
Strong listening and communication skills
Positive, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
Good IT skills including MS Office and CRM systems
