About the Role
We are working exclusively with a student accommodation development in Belfast to recruit a General Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead operations at a vibrant 393-bed property featuring amenities such as a karaoke room, gym, yoga studio, and private dining areas.
As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a dedicated on-site team, fostering a safe, supportive, and engaging living environment for residents. Your leadership will shape the culture of the building, encouraging collaboration and excellence across all areas of operation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the on-site team to deliver outstanding resident experiences.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running of the property.
Manage budgets and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and implement solutions to maintain high performance and resident satisfaction.
Uphold health & safety standards and compliance across the site.
About You
We’re looking for a confident and proactive leader with:
Proven experience managing residential or hospitality operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
A passion for creating welcoming, high-quality living environments.
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
