About the Role
Position: Seasonal Waiting Staff
Location: Isles of Scilly
Contract: Seasonal up to Nov 25
Hours: Full-time
As part of our front-of-house team, you’ll provide warm, attentive service to guests in our acclaimed restaurants, ensuring every meal is memorable. From welcoming guests to serving food and drinks, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere in our unique island setting.
Key Responsibilities
-Deliver high-quality table service in our fine dining and casual dining venues
-Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction
-Maintain a clean and organized dining area
-Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
-Uphold our commitment to exceptional hospitality and guest care
What We’re Looking For
-Previous experience in hospitality or waiting is preferred but not essential – full training provided
-A friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work as part of a team
-Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
-Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
-A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
