Production Operative - Skilled in Hand-Held Tools
Location: Brigg
Hours:Monday - Thursday 7:45-16:45 with an early finish on a Friday of 12:45
Contract Type: Permanent after a successful 12 week period
Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing high-quality work? We're looking for a Production Operative to join our dynamic team, where your skills with hand-held tools will be put to great use in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain hand-held tools (e.g., drills, grinders, screwdrivers) safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, modify, or finish products according to specifications.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role.
- Proficiency with hand-held tools and basic mechanical skills.
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
