Job Vacancy: Groundworker (with Underpinning Experience)
We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable ground worker with proven experience in underpinnings to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects.
Location: Cranbrook
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Competitive rates, based on experience and qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all aspects of groundworks including drainage, foundations, and concreting
- Specialising in underpinning and structural support work
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and site plans
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met on-site
- Working as part of a team or independently to complete tasks to a high standard
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in groundworks, with specific experience in underpinning
- Ability to operate relevant tools and machinery
- CSCS card required
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
