A commercial property is looking for a Maintenance Officer to come on board on a permanent position. You will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of the building.Your new role
You will work as part of a team carrying out preventive and reactive maintenance to the building.Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
What you'll need to succeed
- Maintenance experience
- A reference for the last 6 months
- Be flexible to working some weekends.
