Summary

We’re working with a respected brokerage that’s looking to appoint a Client Servicing Executive to support the onboarding and review of a newly acquired book of business from a leading insurer. This is a technically focused role, primarily based in the office, with occasional client contact via Teams, phone, and face-to-face meetings where appropriate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing around thirty clients per month, assessing existing cover, identifying gaps, and providing tailored advice to enhance protection and add value. The role requires someone who is confident working through policy wordings, spotting areas for improvement, and ensuring clients are properly covered. While there may be some client-facing elements, particularly during renewal reviews, the core of the role is office-based and focused on technical servicing and relationship management.

This position would suit someone with solid commercial insurance experience, ideally with exposure to property owners’ risks or specialist schemes. The team is open to considering candidates with varying levels of experience, including those with a few years in broking who are ready to step up, as well as more seasoned professionals looking for a stable and rewarding role. You’ll be working alongside another executive who has transitioned internally, sharing responsibility for this growing portfolio.

The business operates a hybrid working model, though new starters are expected to be in the office full-time during probation to ensure full support and training. This is a newly created role driven by growth and strategic expansion, offering a fantastic opportunity to build technical expertise and potentially progress into a full executive position over time.
