You will be working as part of a team and will be responsible for cleaning your own area. We strive to keep the facilities within Companies House, clean and safe for all occupants. This position calls for an organized team player, committed to achieving the highest standard of work within a busy site.
Main Duties:Cleaning areas including but not exclusive: Offices, Breakout areas, Kitchens, Corridors, Reception area, Meeting rooms, Restaurant area, Removing rubbish. Coordinate and take direction from other service line managers to ensure a seamless service is delivered to the customer. Responsible for ensuring all tasks are carry out works safely, efficiently, compliant and to the required standard. To work in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures. Development of positive working relationships between the soft service team and other service lines. Responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, Health & Safety, Quality Assurance & Environment. The ability to manage fluctuating work demands. To keep the areas of the site which come under our demise clean and tidy at all times. Be professional when dealing with clients face to face and promote excellent customer service. Person Specification:Previous Experience in cleaning operative role. Manual handling experience. A positive "can-do" attitude. The ability to remain calm in a changeable environment. Experience of working as part of a team. Continuously pursue high standards and learn from experience.
