We’re excited to welcome an experienced professional to our Homecare team as a Senior Homecare Worker (Roving Nights). In this fulfilling role, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding care to both our Service Users and Carers. Due to the range of locations, a UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.

If you’ve got daytime commitments like nursery runs or childcare, this role could be a great fit for your schedule.

The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.

Pay & Hours:

12.82 per hour
24 hours per week
Nights Shifts
Set three-week rolling rota (weekend availability)
The Role:

Deliver care and respond to emergency call-outs during the night, working in the community.
Provide personal care, promote independence, maintain existing skills, and encourage decision-making.
Signpost Service Users to community links to further support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Service Users and their families to ensure satisfaction and the highest quality service delivery.
Work with the on-call service to manage emergency care coverage in your area.

About you:

A minimum of a Level 2 Qualification in Care.
Previous experience of care and administering medication.
Experience working at a supervisory level.
Able to work under pressure
Strong planning and organistional skills
Good Understanding of using Microsoft Office.
Full UK Driving License and access to own car
