Summary
Are you an experienced Retail Manager looking for a new challenge? We’re seeking a proactive Product Data Administrator to join the head office of a well known men’s clothing brand, supporting both retail and wholesale operations. You’ll handle stock replenishment, pricing updates, promotions, EAN data accuracy, seasonal planning and sales tracking, using the Blu Jay system to manage stock effectively. The role also involves updating product information, preparing packing lists, managing carton end printing, and acting as the main contact for store managers with any till related issues.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Product data administration or store management, preferably across both retail and wholesale sectors. They will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently. Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office is essential. A valid driver’s license and access to your own transport are also required due to the location of this position.
This is a permanent position.
Working hours are Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday to Thursday and 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM on Fridays.
The salary is negotiable between £28,000 – £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
