Summary
Support Worker – Weekends Wanted
Are you a compassionate and caring individual who wants to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others?
Do you live in the NG2 area of Nottingham?
If the answer is yes, then we want to hear from you. We are looking for experienced Support Workers who are looking for the ideal balance between home and work, looking for weekend work.
You will provide vital care and support to individuals with diverse needs, helping them live independently and confidently in a single, welcoming location.
Additional duties may include: -
• Assisting with feeding, dressing, bathing
• Personal Care
• Helping with day-to-day activities
• Providing emotional and physical support and care
• Being a companion and friend
• Promoting their independence and encouraging interaction between others and their local community

To be considered for this job you must; have the following: -
• You must have proven experience within a similar care environment
• Have a checkable work history
• Have up to date mandatory training documents, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. If you do not have up to date certificates we can offer online training for you.
• Have an in date enhanced DBS check. Should your DBS have expired we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you.
We are unable to support VISA applications.
This is an ongoing opportunity
Your typical day will begin at 07.00 and finish at 14.00 or start at 14.00 and finish at 22.00 Saturday and Sundays.
You will be paid an hourly rate of £12.55 with 28 days accrued holiday.
